Trademark Monster is not a law firm but provides an online legal portal to give visitors a general understanding of the law and works with you to provide access to U.S. licensed trademark attorneys to register your trademark. The U.S. licensed trademark attorneys will represent you and provide advice, explanations, opinions, and/or recommendations about your possible legal rights, remedies, defenses, options, or strategies. Trademark Monster cannot guarantee that all of the information on the Site is completely current because the law changes rapidly. Except as otherwise expressly provided by Trademark Monster, none of the Materials may be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, uploaded, posted, displayed, transmitted or distributed in any way and nothing on this Site shall be construed to confer any license under any of Trademark Monster’s intellectual property rights, whether by estoppel, implication or otherwise.

4. Personal Use. The site is made available for your personal use on your own behalf.

5. Children. Minors are not eligible to use the Site and we ask that they do not submit any personal information to us.

6. Governing Law; Venue.  You agree that jurisdiction and venue for any legal action or proceeding relating to Trademark Monster services shall be in Orange County, Florida.

7. Trademarks. Trademark Monster, TrademarkMonster.com, the “trademark monster” logo, all images and text, and all page headers, custom graphics and button icons are service marks, trademarks and/or trade dress of Trademark Monster.

8. Acknowledgement. BY USING TRADEMARK MONSTER’S SERVICES OR ACCESSING THE TRADEMARKMONSTER.COM SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS OF USE AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.
